Who is responsible for your data

TurboKast Ltd (company number SC881077), 29 Commercial Street, Dundee DD1 3DG. TurboKast Ltd is the controller for the application form on behalf of the GroundHand venture with Green Palm Dundee Landscaping Ltd. Contact: liam@turbokast.com.

What the form collects

Your business name, your name, email address, phone number, team size, the tools you use now and what you want to fix, plus whether you ticked the consent box and when. Nothing else. We do not store your IP address with your application.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your application, to talk to you about the pilot and to decide whether it is a fair fit. We rely on your consent (the box you tick) and on taking steps at your request before an agreement. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Who handles it

Your application is stored with Cloudflare, our website host, and read by the people at TurboKast Ltd and Green Palm Dundee Landscaping Ltd who are running the pilot. To limit repeat submissions, a one-way scrambled form of your IP address is kept for up to one hour and then discarded.

How long we keep it

If you do not join the pilot, we delete your application after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. If you join, the pilot terms cover what happens to your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing liam@turbokast.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The product itself

If you join the pilot, personal data inside the product (your staff and customers) is covered by the pilot paperwork, not this page.
