The free pilot

Try it on your own firm, free, for a few months.

We are opening GroundHand to a small number of landscaping and grounds-maintenance firms before we set a price. You get the product free and a direct line to the people building it. We get honest feedback.

How it goes.

  1. You applyTwo minutes: who you are, how big the firm is, what you use now and what you most want to fix.
  2. We talk for 15 minutesTo check it is a fair fit both ways. We will tell you straight if it is not.
  3. Written pilot terms providedYou get the pilot terms in writing before anything starts, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
  4. We help you get set upYour staff, customers and rates go in, and your crews get their phone logins.
  5. Weekly 15-minute check-inEvery week during the pilot, a short call: what worked, what annoyed you, what is missing.
  6. You decideNear the end we publish a price. Carry on if it earns its place, leave if it does not.

What you get.

  • The Hub free for a few months, with no card details taken
  • A named person to ask, not a ticket queue
  • Your data kept apart from every other firm's
  • A real say in what is built next
  • No lock-in: you can stop at any time and take your data with you

What we ask.

  • Honest feedback, including what you dislike
  • A 15-minute check-in each week
  • Using it for real work, with at least some of your crews
  • Telling us if you stop, and why

Fair play

The honest small print.

  • We are taking a small number of firms, around four, so places are limited.
  • We choose firms that are not direct competitors of Green Palm.
  • There is no price yet. When we set one it will be published and the same for everyone, and you will see it before the pilot ends.
  • It is early software. Some features are switched on firm by firm, and you will find rough edges. That is what the pilot is for.
